Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it

To start a return, contact us at mika7819@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items not in original packaging
• Sale items

Damaged or wrong items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
